Refund Policy

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our Refund Policy is in addition to and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for products that are faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
These statutory consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by contract. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
2. Our 30-Day Voluntary Return Period
In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return period for unopened Helionex products in their original, sealed condition. To be eligible for a voluntary return under this policy:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- You must provide proof of purchase
- The product must not have been damaged by misuse, accident or improper storage
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at the details below within the applicable timeframe. Include the following information:
- Your full name and order reference
- The reason for the return
- Photographs of the product if relevant (e.g. damaged or incorrect item)
Once your request is received, we will respond within 3 business days with return instructions. Do not return any product without first receiving written authorisation from us.
4. Return Shipping
Where a product is being returned due to a statutory consumer guarantee failure (e.g. faulty, damaged or not as described), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For voluntary returns under our 30-day policy, the customer is responsible for return postage costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:
- Opened products (where there is no statutory fault or failure)
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect or improper storage
- Products returned outside the 30-day voluntary period without a statutory claim
7. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair or full refund in accordance with your consumer rights under the ACL. No return shipping cost will apply in these cases.
